Student Placement Week

We were delighted to welcome two students from Bournemouth Grammar School to our studio for a week of work experience.

During their time with us, they had the opportunity to engage with a variety of team members and gain valuable insight into the world of architecture and our live projects.

As part of their placement, the students were tasked with designing a Mobile Storytelling Centre within Bournemouth Gardens. Approaching the brief with enthusiasm and creativity, they explored their ideas using tools including Adobe Photoshop and SketchUp. Each student developed a comprehensive project featuring precedent studies, site analysis, material exploration, floor plans, elevations, and a collection of beautifully hand-drawn sketches.

To conclude the week, both students confidently presented their final proposals to the team — an impressive achievement and a testament to their hard work and dedication.

We wish them both every success in their future studies and careers.
