We were delighted to welcome Charlie from Ringwood Secondary School and Harri from Poole Grammar School for a week of work experience in our studio.
Throughout their time with us, they engaged with a range of team members and gained valuable insights into the world of architecture and our ongoing projects.
As part of their placement, they took on the challenge of designing an Environmental & Wildlife Protection Hub for Boscombe beach promenade. With great enthusiasm, they explored the brief using tools such as Adobe Photoshop and SketchUp, developing a well-rounded project that included precedent studies, site analysis, locally inspired concepts, floor plans, and a series of beautifully hand-drawn sketches.
To round off the week, both students confidently presented their final ideas to the team — a fantastic achievement!
We wish Charlie and Harri every success in their future studies and chosen career paths.
